We plan the whole transfer with your team: which equipment moves first, how foundations and utilities are prepared at the destination, and where production can restart earliest. Dismantling crews, transport and installation crews are scheduled against that same plan.
Because one team handles dismantling, moving and installation, hand over points that normally sit between contractors are managed inside the project. Problems are resolved on site rather than becoming disputes between suppliers.

Equipment is positioned on prepared foundations, leveled and aligned before anchoring and grouting are carried out.
Reconnection & Commissioning
Plant services are reconnected and we support testing and commissioning alongside your engineering team.
